Homeless Animals protection society, while requesting your office with a
letter referenced U-38/179/99 dated June 27, 2007 for the cave named Gido
washa found in the previous Woreda 23 village 15 which we can use as a
historical heritage in which dogs are thrown alive to get urgent solution,
has copied to the honorable Mayor and to the Federal Government.
Accordingly as per your conversation with the honorable Mayor I urge:
1st
. To urgently investigate the situation and report
2nd
. To take action so that there will be no dogs thrown to the cave any more
