Recalling the letter referenced U-38/179/99 dated June 27.2007 from your office having a detailed explanation and mentioning about the concrete built cave in Nifas Silk -lafto Sub-City village 03/04/05 named Gido washa, in which dogs are thrown alive requesting to close the openings on the top and sides. 

Based on this, as the area of the cave is administered under the Environmental Protection Team, the expert from the team already went to the area and investigated the situation.  

Therefore, for the problem to get solution and as the option recommended by your society has no impact on the cave, the society is given full permission to seal the side openings of the cave by cement concrete and to close the top opening in a way that it can be opened whenever necessary and with its own expense and finally we would like to express our readiness to cooperate with the society for its good work whenever necessary.
